What Happens After You Refer

  1. We acknowledge your referral within 24 hours
    You’ll receive confirmation that it’s been received and is being reviewed.
  2. We contact the participant or their nominee
    A friendly call to learn more about their goals, needs, and preferences.
  3. We send a service proposal
    We recommend suitable supports and outline the next steps clearly.
